The case "kanwaljit kaur basin Vs Jyoti Ltd" is completely wrong.
In the case law as we were told , the women kanwaljit kaur bhasin purchase a house from 'jyoti Ltd' and later jyoti ltd refuse to sell that house..when the case is launched in court ..the case will be in favour of kanwaljit kaur bhasin ......
this is damn rubbish...do you know what really happened in that case,
Kanwaljit Kaur bhasin and Kamleen Bhasin purchase a plot from delhi municipal authority on lease...later they sell third and fourth flats in that apartment to 'Jyoti Ltd' ....two years later when the construction is all over they refuse to keep their promise with ' Jyoti Ltd'.
'Jyoti ltd' brings an injunction order from the court not to sell that property.
Then the two women start a new company 'M/s. Tower Height Builders Pvt. Ltd' and transfer that asset to this company.
Now as we know under contempt of court Kanwaljit Kaur Bhasin and Kamleen Bhasin were accused and sent to prison.
Now remember what did Srinivasan sir told us.......damn
